Inside Door offers two main products:
Online Course: "Mom’s Mindset for Success"
An in-depth online course designed to guide participants through building new identities, breaking generational habits, and creating an empowering mindset for themselves and their families.
Coaching Program: "Moms’ Mindset Mastermind"
An exclusive mastermind program providing personalized coaching, ongoing support, and a community of like-minded mothers for a deep, transformational journey of self-discovery and growth.
3. Eligibility and Registration
To purchase any product or service from Inside Door, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By registering for an account or purchasing a product, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through various methods, including credit card, Venmo, and other payment processors. Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
Refunds for Online Course: Due to the digital nature of the "Mom’s Mindset for Success" online course, refunds are not available once access to the course has been granted. We encourage you to thoroughly review the course details before purchasing.
Refunds for Coaching Program: Refunds for the "Moms’ Mindset Mastermind" coaching program are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the program within the first 14 days of enrollment, you may request a refund by contacting our customer service team. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued.
5.Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, you, the client, will obtain ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in our service agreement. However, Inside Door retains the right to use any completed projects, in whole or in part, for promotional purposes in future company activities and on social media platforms. This includes the right to display, reproduce, and distribute the completed work as examples of our expertise and portfolio.
Preliminary concepts, designs, and ideas not included in the final deliverables remain the intellectual property of Inside Door. We reserve the right to use these preliminary materials for other projects or promotional purposes. We ensure that such usage for promotional purposes will not disclose any confidential information or proprietary content belonging to you, the client.
7. Confidentiality
Inside Door is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details. This confidentiality clause remains in effect during and after the termination of our agreement, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
The services provided by Inside Door are specifically focused on personal development, coaching, and mindset transformation for our clients. This includes products and services such as the "Mom’s Mindset for Success" online course and the "Moms’ Mindset Mastermind" coaching program, as outlined in our agreement.
Please note that any strategies aimed at generating specific personal outcomes or transformations may require additional effort and commitment from you, the client. These outcomes depend significantly on your active participation and engagement with the course materials and coaching sessions.
Inside Door shall not be held responsible for any personal or emotional outcomes that arise from the use of our services, nor for any actions you take or fail to take as a result of the guidance provided in our programs.
9. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by Inside Door from time to time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to you, the client.
10. Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond the party’s reasonable control.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
